Buying our product or subscribing to our services binds you to Mondarro's terms and conditions.

Sales terms

• All orders will be placed subject to availability of the products/materials.
• The acceptance of your order is only achieved once the payment is done from your account/credit card/ debit card, and not when a confirmation email is sent.
• The product will be delivered to you within 1-5 business days.
• There might be errors in our price or product description. If we realize that the price mentioned by you is incorrect, we will inform you at the earliest after which you get a choice of canceling the order or placing a new order at a corrected price
• Your money will be refunded to you within 8-10 business days if we cannot contact you and the order will be canceled
• The discount code should be used at the time of placing the order and not after. Only 1 discount code can be used while placing an order
• We do not assure a guarantee of the accuracy of the products in terms of appearance and finish of the final product. The information, service, or material may not meet your expectations.
• Free shipping will be on orders paid by card only.
• If the order is canceled, or if we cannot contact you (The order will be canceled by us in this case), the full amount will be refunded to you within 8-10 business days.

Returns Policy (subject to):

• The product should not be damaged (even if its scratches)
• The return should be in original packing
• An amount of 200 will be deducted for any return/exchange
• Should not be an item of sale, as all sale items are non-refundable
• No refunds unless the product received is damaged
• Unless damaged, item less than 1000 cannot be returned
• The Mondarro team will arrange a pick-up.  All exchanges, warranties, and returns claims will be processed only after being approved by us. A free replacement will be done (provided the product is in stock) if the product received is damaged, with the cost being covered for the wrong, broken, or damaged product.

Customisation orders

• A flat advance of 2500 will be charged for any made to order/ customisation order to be processed which should be done digitally.
• The delivered product will be returned only after being approved by the Sauvait team
• Terms and condition of the non-made to order pairs apply here
• If the customisation pair is returned, the replacement will be done only with another made-to-order pair and not the other collection
• Made-to-order orders are usually delivered within a week, but it may take a maximum of 2 weeks.
