Everything you need to know about our Exchange & returns policy

We have designed the most generous, fair, and transparent shipping and returns policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out how we exchange products, our lead times and more. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

10 day Exchange policy 

  • We accept exchanges on all purchases if the items are defective or damaged or if you have ordered an incorrect size, colour, or style by mistake.
  • Our delivery partner will complete the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of exchange request. 
  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that there is no damage to the product or packaging; and that the product has been returned in unused condition.
  • After the product has been inspected successfully, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 5-10 business days.

Return policy

  • We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We subtract one way shipping charges in case of refunds.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@mondarro.com or message us on +91-9618836377. If your return is accepted we'll arrange for a reverse pick-up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The one way shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount and refunded at source or in the form of a bank transfer. A full refund will be given for the store credit option which will be valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
  • It will take a maximum of 10 business days to process the refunds from the day the product reaches our warehouse. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Any items less than 1500 cannot be returned unless it has defects or is damaged
  • Refunds won’t be permitted for Clearance sale items

 Delivery  (Domestic & International) 

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-7 business days within India, and 3-7 days for the rest of the world. For One day delivery please contact us on 9619836377
  • For Made-To-Order products, the product will be shipped to you within 5-14 business days with a pre-paid payment.
  • No returns and refunds will be allowed for international orders unless the product has any defects, which will be carefully examined by our team.
  • The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your bank account.
