Everything you need to know about our shipping & returns policy
We have designed the most generous, fair and transparent shipping and returns policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out how we exchange products and our lead time and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
7 days easy exchange policy subject to the following conditions:
- To be eligible for our 7 day return policy, the product must be handed over to us on its original packaging, must be unused and must not be damaged
- Exchanges will be permitted only if the product is damaged, has defects or in the case of wrong size fit
- You will get a refund in the form of store credits (Valid for 4 months) or bank transfers, however in the case of wrong size, the customer will have to borne the shipping charges to and fro.
- It will take a maximum of 10 business days to process the refunds
- A fee of Rs. 200 will be charged for any returns/exchanges
- Any items less than cannot be returned unless it has defects or is damaged
- The pickup for the product will be arranged from our side, while our team examines the product for approvals to process returns and warranty claims
- If the product is out of stock, we will give you a refund in the form of a bank transfer or store credits (whatever you prefer)

Delivery (Domestic & International)
- Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-5 business days within India, and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.
- For Made To Order products, the product will be shipped to you within 5-14 business days. No returns and refunds will be allowed for international orders, uncless the product has any defects, which will be carefully examined by our team.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your bank account.
